These terms govern use of Grokbot's QuickBooks Online integration ("the Integration"), an internal tool operated by Game Seven Staffing ("we", "us"). The Integration is provided solely to authorized Game Seven Staffing personnel. It is not available to the general public and no license is granted to any third party.
Access is limited to named employees authorized by Game Seven Staffing. Authorized users may not share credentials, tokens, or exported data outside the organization, and may not use the Integration for any purpose other than internal accounting and reporting work.
The Integration reads accounting records from a single QuickBooks Online company via the Intuit QuickBooks Online Accounting API, using the read scope granted during authorization. It does not write to, delete from, or otherwise alter QuickBooks records.
Authorization may be revoked at any time by an administrator of the connected QuickBooks Online company by removing the app under Settings → Apps, or by us at our discretion. On revocation, stored tokens are deleted and access ends.
The Integration is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It is an internal tool and may be modified or discontinued without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from its use, and nothing here creates an obligation to any party other than Game Seven Staffing.
Intuit is not a party to these terms and provides no warranty or support for the Integration. Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to your agreement with Intuit.
We may update these terms. The effective date above reflects the current version.
