Effective September 3, 2026
This policy describes how Game Seven Staffing handles data accessed through Grokbot's QuickBooks Online integration ("the Integration"). The Integration is an internal tool used by authorized Game Seven Staffing personnel against a single QuickBooks Online company owned by Game Seven Staffing.
Using the read scope granted during Intuit authorization, the Integration retrieves accounting records from the connected QuickBooks Online company, which may include company profile information, customers and vendors, invoices, bills, payments, items, and general ledger accounts. It also stores the OAuth client credentials, refresh token, and company realm ID required to maintain the connection. The Integration does not write to or modify QuickBooks records.
Retrieved data is used only for internal accounting, analysis, and reporting by authorized personnel. We do not sell, rent, license, or share it with third parties for advertising, marketing, resale, or any other commercial purpose. It is not used to train third-party models.
Tokens and any retrieved data are stored in Game Seven Staffing controlled systems with access limited to authorized personnel. Credentials are kept outside source control. Transport to and from Intuit uses HTTPS.
Retrieved data is retained only as long as needed for the internal reporting it supports. When authorization is revoked or the Integration is retired, stored tokens are deleted and cached data is removed on request.
An administrator of the connected QuickBooks Online company can revoke access at any time under Settings → Apps in QuickBooks Online. To request deletion of data already retrieved, contact us at the address below.
Data flows only between the connected QuickBooks Online company and Game Seven Staffing systems. Intuit's handling of your QuickBooks data is governed by Intuit's own privacy policy.
We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the current version.
